Here at Thirstybox we are keen to keep you informed of our plans and response to the evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

We have a strong plan in place which enables us to support our customers while retaining the highest level of customer service. We are currently set up to be able to respond to customers quickly, given they email hello@thirstybox.co.uk, rather than calling the helpline. Whatever the next few weeks bring; we’ll be here committed to responding as soon as possible and supporting our customers.

We are regularly reviewing all business operations and ensuring robust contingency measures are in place to avoid interruption to our service. This include evaluating the potential risk and impact to our staff.

We have recently implemented further measures to ensure the health and safety of our team, including supporting remote work for staff, limiting non-essential travel, reducing company events and gatherings, while improving health and hygiene within our facilities.

We at Thirstybox are also constantly monitoring advice from Public Health England, the NHS and the UK government and will act accordingly.

As the coronavirus situation evolves over the coming period, we are keeping updated, regularly reviewing our working practices and will immediately provide a further update should there be any significant change to operations here. However, at this stage, other than limited access to helpline phones, we do not expect interruption of service. We are confident that we will be able to deliver our services without disruption or reduced support capability if contacted by email.
