Can I recycle your Plastic Cups?
Yes. All our Plastic Cups are produced from Polystyrene or Polypropylene Food Grade Plastic. It is 100% recyclable. You need to discuss collection and recycling with your Waste Management Company or contact Save a Cup. http://www.save-a-cup.co.uk/
What is the difference between a Single and a Double Walled Paper Cup?
It is simply that a Single Walled Paper Cup is made from one layer of board and a Double Walled Paper Cup is made from two layers. Both Cups are suitable for Hot Drinks but the Double Walled Paper Cup will give you better insulation from the drink.
When do I know that the lid is securely fitted to the cup?
Not until you have heard and felt the lid click onto the rim of the cup.
Are Paper Cups recyclable?
In principle, yes. However a Paper Cup is made from two materials (Board and Polyethylene) and they need to be separated to ensure both materials can be recycled. You need to discuss collection and recycling with your Waste Management Company.
Do you offer improved prices for larger orders?
Yes. If you wish to purchase over 5 cases of any product then please call us on 0800 1105822 or send an email to email@example.com. We will be happy to offer you better prices for larger orders.
Can I buy Coffee and Tea from you?
Of course you can. Please go to the Refreshment Supplies page.
Can I pay for my order over the phone?
No problem. Please call us on 0800 1105822 and we will do the rest.
If I place an order after 2.00pm will my order be delivered the following day?
Unfortunately not. We need your order before 2.00pm to enable us to deliver to you the next working day.
If I place an order on a Friday when will it be delivered?
If your order is placed before 2.00pm on a Friday then it will be delivered the following Monday (except when the Monday is a Bank Holiday where your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday). If you place your order after 2.00pm on a Friday then your order will be delivered the following Tuesday.
Can you deliver my order on a Weekend day?
Yes we can deliver your order to you on a Saturday. Please contact us on 0800 1105822 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
. We will confirm options and delivery prices. We are unable to deliver your product to you on a Sunday.
Can I specify a timed delivery?
Sorry but this isn’t available. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 4.30pm weekdays.
If I can’t see the cup I need on your website what should I do?

Do you deliver to a Residential Address?
Yes we do. However our Carrier will only call twice to try and make the delivery so it is very important that someone is at home to accept the delivery.
Do you deliver to Mainland Europe?
Sorry we don’t. We only deliver within the UK. Please see our delivery terms for more information
I can’t log on to my account through your website, what should I do?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
with your name, address and email address. We will sort things out for you.
We will send you an email with your Fedex Order Tracking Number. You will be able to use this number on the FedEx website to track your order.
My order hasn’t arrived, who should I contact?
Please use your Fedex Order Tracking Number on the Fedex site. If you still can’t identify where your order is then please call us on 0800 1105822 or send an email to email@example.com
stating you name, address and order details. We will do our best to get your order to you.
Can I open a Credit Account with you?
The answer is yes but only if you are going to place regular orders in large quantities. Please call us on 0800 1105822 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be considered for a Credit Account.
Do you accept Debit cards for payment?
Yes we do. Please follow the payment instructions at our checkout.
Can I pay in Euro or US Dollar?
Sorry we only accept Pound Sterling.
What do I do if I have ordered the wrong product?

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We work very closely with our Carrier and ensure all our products are packed to withstand the journey from our warehouse to your door. However sometimes things go wrong. If your order is visibly damaged when the delivery driver gives it to you then you have every right to refuse to accept the delivery. You may find that once you have opened the packaging that the product is damaged. In both cases please immediately either contact us on 0800 1105822 or send an email explaining the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org
